I’m so glad you’re here. Are you confused, bewildered, amused, angry, overwhelmed by the amount of contradictory information available about health and weight loss? You’re not alone. What we should be doing in terms of eating and exercise seems to change every hour. How do we keep up with that? The simple answer is, we can’t. Some of us work full time, some of us are running our own business, some of us are looking after children and some of us are doing a combination of these and more. What we can do is pay attention to our bodies, eat real food and exercise. Remember, if it comes out of a packet with a label of ingredients you can’t pronounce, you probably shouldn’t be eating it.
